    Pico deGallo

      Ingredients
    • 3-6 chile Serranos or 2-4 Jalapenos
    • 12 sprigs fresh cilatro
    • 1 small yellow onion
    • 4 firm ripe tomatoes (8 romas)
    • salt to taste
    • lime juice: optional


    Preparation  Remove seeds and veins from chilis. (unless you want really hot) Chop all ingredients and combine. Squeese lime juice over top. Serve with all your foods - makes great dip for chips too. This makes a ton of Pico. The good news is it will save in the frig for a few days. If you are going to save it for later use wait on the lime juice until ready to use.
